RSPP - Giovanni Carchedi

RSPP stands for Manager of the Prevention and Protection. this is the consummate professional in Security (Safety) appointed by employers to manage and coordinate the activities of service prevention and protection (SPP), or all the people, systems and resources inside or outside the company aimed to the activities of prevention and protection from occupational hazards for workers (Article 2 lett. l) of D.Lgs.81/2008 and s.m.i.

Article. 2 letter. f) D.Lgs.81/2008 and s.m.i. defines the Head of the Prevention and Protection as a "person of ability and professional requirements (... omitted ...) designated by the employer, which meets to coordinate the service of prevention and risk protection".

Skills and professional requirements of Article RSPP are identified. D.Lgs.81/2008 32, and SMI, while the tasks of the Prevention and Protection are detailed art. 33, paragraph 1 specifies that: the service of prevention and protection from occupational hazards shall: a) identification of risk factors, risk assessment and identification of measures for the safety and health environments work in accordance with local regulations on the basis of specific knowledge of the organization b) to develop, as a matter, the preventative and protective measures and systems for monitoring these measures, c) to develop safety procedures for various corporate activities, d) to propose programs of information and training of workers, e) to participate in consultations on health and safety at work and on the regular meeting f) to provide workers with information.
